Heads up New Mexico Cannabis Cardholders in Taos!
Cannabis in New Mexico is decriminalized and will become legal for recreational use on June 29, 2021. A bill to legalize recreational use was signed by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham on April 12, 2021, with the first licensed sales to occur by April 1, 2022.
In anticipation of a boom in both business and new customers, Southwest Wellness on Salazar Road, are making some changes!
Southwest Wellness are moving their dispensary from Salazar Road to Martinez Plaza. They will occupy the space recently vacated by another cannabis company.
They are opening this weekend and transitioning until the end of the month.
They will be closing the Salazar Road location on June 30th., keeping the space exclusively for the grow, processing and manufacturing of products.
The new dispensary is located in Martinez Plaza on Paseo Del Pueblo Sur, in Taos.
