Honor Mother Earth.

Everyday is Earth Day when you live in Taos. Surrounded by so much natural beauty, we are fortunate to be constantly reminded of the nature of this planet we call home.

Open all the windows, listen to the birds, go for a hike and feel the spring breezes on bare arms and legs. Walk in prayer and beauty, do yoga, breathe, go for a swim in the river, warm up in the hot springs.Take off your shoes.

Feel the earth beneath your feet. Ground yourself.

Start seeds. Food and flowers. Water them daily and look forward to a beautiful and bountiful garden this summer.

Pick up all the litter you find and please, be gentle and kind to all of Her creatures.

Say yes to life and treat Mother Earth with all the respect She deserves.
